"Soul stirring Vocals"-Beat Magazine. Ronit is a Melbourne based musician with her own eclectic sound and style. She gives a fresh updated spin on soul, folk, rock and captivates an audience with her strong passionate voice and fiery guitar playing. Ronit picked up a guitar and began singing at age 14 and has since performed her music through out the globe. She spent most of her high school days busking in sunny St Kilda with friends where Ronit admits most of her musical influences came from. In 2002 she travelled to Israel and was playing a regular gig on the beach in Tel-Aviv. Since 2005 Ronit has released two EP's "Seasonally Change" & "Shemesh" which received airplay on local radio stations pbs and triple r. Live, Ronit performs with a full band of keys, bass, drums and percussion. The exciting chemistry of her live show takes the listeners on a musical ride of chilled soulful tunes into an ecstatic rocked out frenzy. 2007 was a year of writing and demo-ing new material in her home studio. Early 2008 Ronit is going into Singsing studio to record her debut album and plans to release it mid 2008 followed by a National tour
